Our dedicated support team works around the clock every day to quickly process complaints and remove content that violates our Terms of Service.
You must be aware that you initiate a legal process when you make a report and therefore you must only report if necessary. Your report is completely confidential. When you report content, the model who posted the content will not see your name or any information about you.
However, in copyright cases in connection with infringement of intellectual property, we will inform the model about whose right the model has infringed. If you do not want the model to know your company or private information, please note this in the complaint
Please contact us for content removal support or if you believe you encounter offensive content. This could, for example, be:
Without consent production and/or distribution of your image (Including but not limited to such things as: revenge porn, extortion, exploitation);
Content that discloses personally identifiable information (including but not limited to such things as: name, address, telephone number, IP address);
Otherwise abusive and/or illegal content. - This means all content that either violates our terms and or the Danish legislation.
For live content that you believe is inappropriate according to these points, or that you believe may violate our Terms of Service, we invite you to use our Live Support. In our FAQ, you will find a guide on how to report, depending on the type of content you wish to have removed or alert us to - We need slightly different information from you, depending on the type of report you wish to submit. The more detailed a review, the faster the processing time.
We aim to solve all cases within 24 Hours of the report, but we do have a 7 days maksimum time to solve issue or report.
